Stop and pay attention, there are sex offenders everywhere, and most dont get caught because most vitims, especially children are too terrified to speak out!! Sex abuse scars and changes a child for life!!! Parents cant ever be too careful, ever!!! Think all sex offenders of any level should be posted, with easy and free access to their records!! PARENTS NEED TO KEEP THEMSELVES ALERT, AND INFORMED AT ALL TIMES!!!! Sex offenders in my opinion, lose any and all rights for privacy!
THERE IS ALOT OF WAYS THAT SOMONE CAN TAKE THE WORD. BUT YOU HAFE TO ALSO UNDERSTAND TOO, THAT NOT ALL SEX OFFENDERS ARE WHAT THEY ARE LABLED AS. I WISH THE STATE WOULD TAKE IN OTHERS FEELINGS TOWARDS THIS, AND THE VIC... FEELINGS AS WELL. IT IS SUCH S HARD SITUATION WHEN THIS HAPPENS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FENCE.

People are so concerned about crimes against children and the laws. Then why doesn't the state reconize the 41 different types of sex offenders in 16 catergorys. Instead our media scares the public when the top 5% of the most predatory offenders commit the most hanious crimes. Thereby making it hard for anybody that falls under the stigmatizim of "Sex Offender to find a place to live much any convicted felon......
You want the truth, people don't want to hear the truth....... ask anybody what sex offender means to them and I BET they will say "CHILD MOLESTER"...........
I believe the feds are planning to push for all states to implement the same laws regarding the registry. It should be coming shortly, I was told.
No promises, however.

Thank you for all the wonderful comments. I would like the public to know that I do have a conviction which if was in another state would never be brought up. I think before some of the public big mouths open there incredibly big mouths with a small brain behind it they should get the facts of some of the convicts that your condemning. The laws from state differ and someone not know the laws of a state they just moved into could wind up being prosecuted for something that was perfectly legal in the other 49 states. If the USA were serious about crimes they would make laws the same across all boarders when it comes to the age of consent. I would also like to know since everyone was so secret about their posting here by not even registering I believe you have nothing to say about predators that are looked down upon every move they make even when they learn from their mistakes and accept them. Do I agree with ones that are caught twice or more then put in jail - Absolutely. But ones that make a mistake because of the laws are different from one state or another should be between them and the state. The public should be out of it. A person cannot even get a fair trial because of the media that everyone wants. I would also like to know if the people that posted here have any skeletons in their closets since they want to talk so high and mighty. Beware God know everything you done and you will be revealed when the time comes. I am already forgiven and my past sins won't be in the sight of the Lord or anyone else. Can God or I say the same for YOU?

My daughter, who is just 18 was found by someone not on the list, he is classed as low risk on the big list. All offenders should be on the list whether life time or not.

It's high time ND list ALL offenders and not just the lifetime ones. Are they trying to say that an offender that is not a lifetime one cannot have a serious sexual offense. PLEASE PUT ALL WHO HAVE BEEN FOUND GUILTY ON THIS SITE!!

Would like to see all ND Sex Offenders on this list. Site only lists a few and there are many more in the state. It's time the state shows us who all the predators are and not just a few, no matter how severe their crime. Thanks for the site. Hope it helps prevent crime.
Did you know?
While drugs and alcohol are often involved in sexual assaults, drugs and alcohol do not cause sexual offenses to occur. Rather, drug and alcohol use may be a disinhibitor for the offender, while being under the influence may increase a potential victim's vulnerability.
