Huh? This is stupid. How can a child be 3-5 yrs old? It appears that this newspaper is doing some sloppy reporting, eh? So one wonders how much of the rest of the story is accurate. It sure does stir up the public, though. This man may be/is dangerous, but lets start getting facts straight and knock off the fear factor. Who is the kid? Who let him/her go with this man?
