Two Sex Offenders Released Early A pair of sex offenders have been released from jail early under controversial measures to free up space in overcrowded jails.

how can u let someone that sexually offends someone out of prison seriuosly they are worst then drug dealers and u guys put them away for up to 30 years . im sorry but i dont agree with the law on that and if i could i would protest
This issue is as old as the hills. People want to put bad people in jail. When they do, jails fill up. The public does not want to pay for more guards and jails....hence...the state releases criminals early. And so it goes.

It's way more than that now. It's not just the criminals serving time, but a lot of people for miniscule behavior that 15 years ago would not have landed them in jail. The people who get released early are inevitably the ones who stand to reoffend. And so it goes. It's a revolving door and keeps our ugly justice system going.If only the real dangerous criminals were behind bars there would not be overcrowding and continued rapes, assaults happening everyday.
MY SON ASKED THE SAME QUESTION TO THE JUDGE WHEN HIS PREDITOR WAS GOING TO PRISON WHEN WE WERE IN COURT. BUT IN 7 YEARS HE STILL GETS OUT. SO THERE IS NO JUSTICE SYSTEM WHO PROTECTS, THEY JUST JUSTIFY THE PREDITORS ACTIONS, AND WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS STILL HAPPENS. ( FOR THE TRUCE PREITORS) AND I ALWAYS SAY THAT BECAUSE ALOT OF THEM LABLED ARE NOT) SO NOT ONLY ARE THE VIC... THAT, SO ARE ALOT LABLED, BECAUSE OF MADD PARENTS WHICH IS BULL SH!!
