I WISH THERE WAS A CERTAIN LEVEL OR CLASS OF THIS CRIME...MY BOYFRIEND HAD CONSENTUAL SEX W/A 17 YR. OLD (ALMOST 18) FEMALE, HE'S NOW IN AL. AND HIS PROBATION OFFICER THERE TOLD HIM HAD HE DONE THIS IN AL. THEN IT WOULDN'T EVEN BE A CRIME...WHEN OTHERS HAVE HAD SEX W/ 5 YR. OLD LITTLE BOY AND IT'S STILL CONSIDERED THE SAME CRIME. FL NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE THAT THERE ARE LEVEL OF THIS CRIME. HE LIVES SOO FAR OUT IN A MOBILE HOME W/ NO ELEC, NO HOT WATER AND NOT ALL THE WINDOWS ARE IN THE SINGLE WIDE ALL BECAUSE HE CAN'T GO LOOK FOR WORK OR LEAVE HIS HOME AND NOONE WILL RENT TO HIM OR EITHER IT'S TOO CLOSE TO A SCHOOL OR DAYCARE! THIS ISN'T RIGHT! HE'S A WONDERFUL PERSON AND I PLAN TO STICK BY HIM...I CAN'T EVEN VISIT CAUSE HE CAN'T BE AROUND MY 4 YR. OLD SON WHOM HE ADORES...THIS ISN'T RIGHT!!
