I have a child that lives in Cullman Alabama with his father. I am in Virginia. His father KENNITH W* was arrested last week for the rape of a 10 year old girl. They have DNA on him. He has already been released on bond til his trial and is back living with MY son. No one called me and I only found out because I have family that lives there.I want to find out if I have the right to bring him to live with me.I still have the same rights with my son as he does. We have joint costudy of him. There has to be something that I can do. How could they let him be around a child after they have proof he has ruined someone elses babies life. I sent a officer out to check on him and was told all is safe. I was told to file for temp costudy for now. But I have other children here with me and I dont have money to fly back and forth to go to court more than once. I am a very worried mother here and feel I have no rights because he has hid our son from me before and there was nothing I could do. Can someone PLEASE let me know what I should do to get my son here with me and away from that sick minded man.
