I would like to know how South Carolina can allow minor children to live with its registered offenders. I was informed by the sherriffs dept last night that although he is a registered offender there is nothing i can do to keep my son from living with his father, a registered offender, whom pled guilty to molesting my 7 yr old daughter in 2003
