wow so many storys my nephew was found guilty without any evidence and a changed story twice but it didnt matter he was convicted his sister was 11 and he was 13 at the time his mom got mad at him because he refused to baby sit for her and next thing i know im making a trip to illinois anyway i got temp custody of him and just got to texas today and i can not find out what rights he has or doesnt have he is 16 can he be at a park can i take this child whos never had a life to sea world NOT EVERYONE IS GUILTY some are just poor and have to have pupblic defenders during election year now they had to test him blah blah blah to make sure he would not harm my son who is 6 and he passed with flying colors go figure the kids innocent but screwd for life now

ty oldtimer i found out some great info like once he is a residence in texas we can request a hearingto get him off the list ........ but i still can not find anything on am i allowed to take him to a park the beach sea world anything like that my heart broke when we was driving past a sport in texas and my 6 year old was yelling excited momma look at the zebras and my nephew asked can we stop and look threw the fence i have never seen them before my nephew was raised like a animal and never had a real life he has been forced to baby sit his sister since he was 9 years old and everytime we called dcfs (cps in texas) they did nothing because im a paternal aunt and they thought we was just mad at the mother so how do i find out if i can give him any kind of a normal life ?
