I lived in Puerto Rico from the late 70's to 84 during that time my daughter was molested by her baby sitter son who at the time was between 15 and 17 years old. she was 4 years old at the time. My daughter is now 29 and has never gotten over what happen to her. I moved back to the main land and till this day I know that if the sitters son did this and got away with it he more then likely did this this to another child. I would like to know if there is a way to find out if he can still be prosecuted.
