This is for Ely & others that think alike. Ignorance & lack of educating yourself about Puerto Rico, is a loss for your growth as an individual in this world. The problem is Puerto Rico does not have a Sex Offender Registry! The issue is to resolve this problem, now.. All of us, as a people should contact your Congressman/woman. As to WHY Puerto Rico doesn't have a Sex Offender Registry?? Most, important how can we get this registry online.. Remember, predators affect all of us in the long run. Pls. speak up on this issue; Puerto Rico Sex Offender Registry-online: Contact your Congressperson. Thank you..
