If you are registered as a sex offener in one state, does it still show up for other states/maening, I know it would only be for AZ if that's where it was issued for, but is it only "good" in AZ, or does it effect him if he goes to other states? He's not on the community notification, because it was before 1996, for his release form prison. He's at a lever "0' also do to a mistake made at the prison upon his release, where he wasn't assesed/told he had to register. So now, 15 yrs later he's getting the mistake fixed, but it doesn't seem like there's any real "repercusions' or being on this list really for him. No one's really going to be aware of it. his name won't come up anywhere. It's very frusterating.
