Hi, My name is Frank! I am a registered Sex Offender in the state of FL. I value a sex offender registry in the interest of protecting my own children. I want to know about someone who was convicted of rape and child molestation and even the Romeo Law protected statutory rape offenders now protected by FL. I mean if the 20 year old by down the road is doing 15 year old girls I need to know. However this system has been cheapend when adding convictions from other states to the SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY where publick notification is a law in that state. You don't need to know I took my wife's daughter to Walmart in NC and now I am considered a Sex Offender. Yes, I agree this was not my biological child but we have been married for 11 years and I act as the father for all of our children. Are your children or mine server by a Sex Offender Lable for a custody issue? What kind of bull is that? Save the registry for the Real SEX OFFENDERS! If not just drop the words sex offender and make it a criminal registration. I also want to know who is the drug dealer in my neighborhood who commited DUI and Murder too. My conviction fall under a lesser included offence of kidnappin in FL and is not even listed as a SEX CRIME because I was in parental role. NC defined parental role differently that FL. Does taking my kid to Walmart really copncern you? You don't think my children deserve to be protected from the abuse of this registry? Ha! If you peed in the woods or had sex on the beach then you are more of a sex offender than I am. You just have not been caught yet! Cheapen the system some more so it has no value at all! It does generate a good deal of revenue from the federal govenment and fees for changing drivers licenses in FL!

Hey, you know them boys in the NC Duke Lacross case would be sex offenders today if they didn't have the money to get lawyers to fight the injustice of the system that accused them. At least NC now has an innocency review commission where when I entered a plea to felonious restraint (taking my step daughter to Wallmart with our 5 other children when she did not want to go at 11 years old) without the judge understanding I was in parental role it can be overturned after a 2 year wait! Gosh, call me a child molester for not leaving an 11 year old home alone if you think that needs to be done but I will be relieved of this lable. I did not have a lawyer then and I did sit in a horrible county jail for 2 years waiting for that day where I could enter a plea and be released or keep on waiting for another 12-28 months for a trial... I think if FL they would say I neglected my step child of 11 if I left her home alone. I lived in FL all my life and I was only in NC for 3 months before I was arrested for taking my step child to Walmart. Ok, I am whatever you say I am I guess and you are whatever I say you are, uneducated!
