About Me:
My son was molested, and tried to kill himself at 10. He is now 11, and a survior due to parents that love him, and supported him. The State did nothing to help. But his once Uncle Jason Dobson, is in Prision, and labled a Preditor for life. Thats why I am here. Tammy Rich

Sexual Offenders can live anywhere they want too, but They are supposed to let you know when one moves in your neighborhood, by Law. Unless the Offender lives a certain distance away that is within the Laws of not having to report, due to the fact the State feels your in no harm. I think you can check that out if you go to the police dept. Good luck. Hex

I think that Preditors should all be reported, as well as some Offenders. Most of the Offenders are falsely accused, and have to pay for that the rest of their life. You seem to hear more about Offenders, then the true sick ones, whom are the Preditors. These Laws they keep coming up with do no-one no good, esp... the Vict..... Maybe one day in time things will get right.

I understand teenagers are being accused wrongly for things I am sure most of us did one time or another at that age, and parents need to understand that when they find out, and stop pressing charges on the boys, when in all honesty their daughter did not say no either, what about her? I can understand if she or he is raped, but come on this is getting sick hearing about these judges who keep allowing these parents to do this. If they would pay more attenshone to the real Preditors, and the real Offenders more then they do, maybe things would be diffrent. My son was molested, and he was young, and the person was a family member who was in his middle 20's, and he did not get hafe of what he should have had coming to him, compared to the ones who get punished for having sex at a teenage age. What's wrong with this picture? Hex

He spent three weeks in jail for something that was both agreed upon, and yet my sons Preditor was released on bail the following day, and it was something that was not agreed upon, and my son was 9, and the Preditor was 27, you do the math!!!!

My son was molested by his once Uncle, and is now in Prision, and labled a Preditor for life. Just because I feel he did not get what he should now, one day he will, I know that in my heart. I think the True Preidtors should have to pay more then what they do, but then the Offenders are not all True Offenders, so it's not fair for them to have to pay for something they should not have been charged for, since the parents like to press charges when it should not have been. Me,

Me,

There is no way to keep your children safe unless you yourself keep watch on them for 24, 7. Which in all honesty you can not. It's sadd that this world is coming to the way it is, and yes if your a celb... you do get more then us normal folks do, and it's not fair but it happens, and it shows what the States more interested in (MONEY) then the safety of our children, and getting things done. Always know it's not always the strangers you worry about it's family as well, as hard as it is to understand, but truefull, and honest. Hex

Goes to show you no matter what line of work you do, a Preditor can be anywhere, and everywhere, it's sadd when it is comeing from the people thats suppost to protect you.

I never could understand why teenagers have to reg... when it is something called hormones they go through? I am not saying it is right at that age, but come on, there is alot more bigger problems they turn their heads from, and look at things like this as a minor should have to reg.. but why is it always the boy, the girl plays a role as well, where is that justice for the boy? And this is coming from a mother who had their child molested by an adult mind you, and I am saying this because I saw the State through my sons process throw the book at these young teenagers, alot harder then the adults who moleste these children, and mine was one.

Did you know?
While drugs and alcohol are often involved in sexual assaults, drugs and alcohol do not cause sexual offenses to occur. Rather, drug and alcohol use may be a disinhibitor for the offender, while being under the influence may increase a potential victim's vulnerability.
