well about 3 months ago i found an offender in my area and now he is not there........... he is still living there. what should i do?

I would contact the police dept... and let them know, especially if it has children living there.

Contact the local police dept. especially if there is children that live in the area.

In 2005 I found out my son had been sexualy abused by his stepmother. It had been going on since he was 13, We reported it to the St. Peter's Police not once but twice, since the women has no charge's at this time. My son was made to be the perpatrader instead of the victiom, I feel this is because people are not ready to accept women as molesting children.

BY LAW ANYTIME YOU REPORT ABUSE WITH A CHILD, MINOR, THEY HAVE TO TAKE A REPORT, SEND SOMEONE OUT TO ASK YOUR CHILD ALOT OF QUESTIONS IN REFF. TOWARDS WHAT HE/SHE IS SAYING THAT HAPPENED, THEN IN RETURN THEY SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT WHO CAN TELL IF THE CHILD IS TELLING THE TRUTH OR NOT, THERE IS ALOT THAT HAPPENS IF THEY FEEL YOUR CHILD IS TEELING THE TRUTH. EVEN A MEDICAL EXAM WILL TAKE PLACE, AND D.C.F. WILL GET INVOLVED AS WELL. I WOULD GO TO YOUR COURT HOUSE AND ASL THEM FOR ADVISE, SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT ON THIS SITUATION, AND ONLY YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN SINCE THEY SEEM TO BE LOOKING THE OTHER WAY, FOR SOME REASON. BUT GO TO THE STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE, WHICH IS IN YOUR LOCAL COURT HOUSE, AND SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO. I KNOW ALOT OF STATES ARE DIFFRENT IN THEIR PRO... BUT NOT ALL THAT MUCH.
