There has to be a better way.

The law that requires sex offenders to register, IMHO, is considered not to be punitive. If it punished, then this would be double jeopardy and against the consitution of many states and US gov. Therefore, "movement" cannot be restricted. THIS is one of the reasons that this registry is foolish. NO one has ever shown how it protects children. Go figure.

There is a person that has listed a buisiness that he gave that he works at here in town when actualy he has never worked but hauls automobiles from here to out of state then back in this state.
